DR. KLAUS STANZL is corporate vice president and head of the cosmetics division of Dragoco, a leading international supplier of aromatics and other raw materials for the cosmetic, flavor, and fragrance industries. He has a doctorate in chemistry and is considered one of the world's top experts of new product research and development in cosmetics, skin, and hair care. Dr. Stanzl owns over 25 international patents and has published over 50 scientific papers.
HARVEY FARBER is senior vice president of Technology Flavors & Fragrances with over 30 years experience working with essential oils in the flavor industry as a flavor chemist. Mr. Farber is the past president of Chemical Sourcing Association and currently serves as a committee member for the Flavor Extract and Manufacturers Association.
CAROL SCHILLER is the author of five books on the use of essential oils. Ms. Schiller instructs training workshops for businesses, educational organizations, and colleges; and speaks at international conferences. She consults for companies looking for organic and wildcrafted essential oils; and is the co-director of the International Aromatherapy and Herb Association.
KEN GOODGER is one of the founding members and is a director of Norfolk Essential Oils, a co-op that grows and distills essential oils in England. Ken has been involved in the essential oil industry for 6 years and produces pesticide-free essential oils.
BRUCE LEFTAKES is the publisher of Health Products Business, a widely read publication in the natural products industry.
GUY JONKMAN is the chief editor of Spa Management Journal, one of the most respected trade publications. Mr. Jonkman was a founding member of the International Spa Association (ISPA), and Spa Canada Association.
CHRISTIAN DRAPEAU holds a Master's degree in Science from the Department of Neurology and Neurophysiology of McGill University, affiliated with the Montreal Neurological Institute. Since 1994 most of his work has been spent scientifically investigating the health benefits of the blue-green algae Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. Results from the various studies have been published in peer reviewed scientific literature. Christian Drapeau has lectured on health-related scientific benefits of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae to more than 30,000 people since 1994. He is currently director of research and development for Desert Lake Technologies, LLC., Oregon.

BARBARA PFEIFER produces essential oils from wild plants in Slovenia, Europe. She has seven years experience in all aspects, starting with the harvesting of plants to the end production of high quality pure oils.
